Enrolment Procedure
All new potential students will be asked to attend for a consultation prior to enrolment At the consultation the enquiring student will be informed of operations and procedures at Play Piano and presented with an enrolment form. When this is completed and returned the students name will then be added to the current waiting list and contacted when a suitable time slot arises.
New students are enrolled on an 8 week probationary course with a cost of 160.00 euro which must be paid for in full in advance. Upon successful completion of this period the student will be enrolled as a full member of Play Piano.
Please note that incoming students are scheduled in order of receipt of completed enrolment forms and upon us having your preferred time slot available.
Term Re Enrolment
Approximately three weeks before the end of the summer term, re-enrolment forms are given to all current students. Any student wishing to continue his /her tuition must complete and sign this form and return it before the summer break. Please be aware if we do not receive your re-enrolment form before the end of term, we may assume that you are not re-enrolling and may offer your place on our timetable to a student on our waiting list or to a newly enrolled student. Students / parents wishing to change lesson days, or times in the new term should make this known to his/her tutor during the re-enrolment period.
