New incoming students may be registered with the school via an in person or online consultation. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian if the consultation is taking place on the school campus. At the consultation the enquiring student will be informed of the Rules and Regulations and procedures that apply at the school and presented with an enrolment form. When the enrolment form is completed and returned the students name will be added to the current waiting list and contacted when a suitable time slot arises. Before lessons commence the information on the enrolment form will be checked in the office with a relevant guardian and signature verified. Students who are 18 yrs or over may sign the enrolment form on their own behalf.
New students enrolling for lessons at Play Piano are enrolled as a student of the school on an 8 week probationary course with a cost of 200.00 euro which must be paid for in full in advance. Upon successful completion of this period the student may be enrolled as a full member of Play Piano.
Please note that incoming students are scheduled in order of receipt of completed enrolment forms and upon us having your preferred time slot available. By signing the enrolment form students / parents give consent to the information contained therein being held securely on the schools data base for the duration of their studentship and agree to adhere to and abide by all rules and regulations in force at the school.
* For Current Students *
Approximately three weeks before the end of the summer term students will be asked to submit confirmation of intent to return after the Summer holiday period along with the required deposit fee if not alreadty paid. Please be aware if your teacher does not receive verification in relatrion to this matter we will assume that you are not re-enrolling and will offer your place on our timetable to a student on our waiting list.
Students / parents wishing to change lesson days, or times in the new term must bring this matter to the attention of his / her tutor during this period so that we can look at what new slots we have on hand before booking in new students from our waiting list.
